2. Platform Description
Cromshield is a Web3 security auditing platform that provides smart contract analysis, project scoring, and DeFi tools. Our services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Scoring & Audits
Security scores and audit results are based on automated analysis and may not capture all risks. They are provided as-is and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions. Cromshield is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on our scores or audits.
5. DeFi Tools
Our DeFi tools (token scanner, revoke approvals, portfolio scanner) interact with blockchain networks. You are responsible for reviewing all transactions before signing. Cromshield is not liable for losses from DeFi tool usage.
6. Community Guidelines
Users must not post misleading information, promote scams, harass other users, or engage in market manipulation through our community features. Violations may result in account suspension.
7. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits and tier restrictions. Unauthorized scraping, redistribution, or commercial use of our data without an appropriate API tier is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cromshield is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
